Mary E. ‘Beth’ Vaccaro, 54, of Belle Vernon, passed away Monday, December 6, 2010 in Mon Valley Hospital. The oldest daughter of the late E. Allan and Betty Mullen Stroup, she was born on April 3, 1956. Survivors include her husband of 31 years, Dennis J. Vaccaro, one daughter, Nicole K. Vaccaro, both of Belle Vernon, one sister, Christine Stroup of Centerville, VA and one brother, John Stroup of Foxboro, MA. Originally of Mt. Lebanon, Beth had resided in Belle Vernon for the past 30 years and was the Library Director of the Donora Public Library.
