Pittsburgh has always been home to me. My heart has never left it. Though I've lived in the Buckeye State since 1975 I am not an Ohio State Fan. My husband is a die-hard scarlett and grey enthusiast. During football season it is a house divided. I've been teaching and organizing curriculum for at-risk youth and disabled students for 19 years and loved every minute of it. I spend my free time hiking in the mountains, playing with photography, dragonboating, creating butterfly gardens, and reading just about anything. I've endured divorce, cancer, and three teenagers and still thriving! |

Years ago we learned how important integriy and being true to yourself is, and Marching to the Beat of a Different Drum,and all that stuff. Ive had good jobs, and bad jobs and I'm not done working and I'm not done have fun either. What is first and foremost is the well being of the boys (Jake,16 and Tom,14), that I brought into this world. They are marching at the football game we'll be seeing on Friday.(Trombone and percussion). We fell in love with Travel Channel years ago and hope to have many vacations panning for gold in Georgia and Califonia, look for diamonds in Arkansas, sunken treasures and precious gems in Florida and N. Carolina and opals in Oregon. When I'm not Dreaming of new adventures and easy money, I enjoy listening to blues music and working on stained glass projects. |
