Comment: Wow, what a weekend of re-affirming old acquaintances and riding a roller coaster of emotions.  That was the reunion to end all reunions . . .that is until the next go-around!  Many thanks to the planning committee and the sub-committee I was proud to serve on.  Marlyn, Kevin, you guys are the finest folks to work with, especially when things got difficult near deadline!  We never, ever lost our cool with each other, just kept chipping away, solving problem after problem until we figured it out.  All my best to the now re-united Class Of "74!

Comment:  Although we moved to Texas the summer before our senior year, I still think of Mt Lebanon as my alma mater.  And despite every intention of leaving Texas (and excepting a hiatus to UF where I earned my Master's in Architecture), I've lived in Austin (the blue hole in the red state donut), since 1977.  My husband and I both teach at the University of Texas (he's in French and Linguistics) which still has me shaking my head in wonder; if you'd asked me at graduation what I wanted to be when I "grew up", the last on the list would have been "teacher"...





Our one funny, fabulous daughter is a senior in high school this year.

Comment: Thanks to all who are working so hard to get the class of 1974 back together.  I'm looking forward to our reunion!  On a personal note, I'm retired from two careers;  IBM and as a Commander in the Naval Reserve. I've seen a lot of the world since 1974 but am now settled down in Carlisle, PA.  For the time being anyway....

Retired from practicing anesthesia in 2020, now living in a multigenerational cohousing community in Durham NC (Yes!) with my husband/partner of 30 years and our assorted four paws. Painting a lot, singing in the Triangle Gay Men’s Chorus, playing lots of bridge with our very active local club, and getting more and more active in our UU. Life is good, y’all! Best to you all.
